Short and honest, like the product.

Product: beizeiten is a web app for your personal emergency binder. You purchase a one-time licence (Solo, Duo or Family). No subscription. The licence key is delivered by e-mail after payment, usually within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours.
Seller: Purchases from Switzerland are processed via Stripe; the seller is the operator named in the legal notice. For purchases from all other countries, Paddle.com Market Ltd. (London, UK) is the Merchant of Record and your contractual partner for the purchase. Paddle issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes.
Prices: Listed in Swiss francs (CHF). Paddle checkouts display your local currency including any applicable VAT.
Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Not a legal product: beizeiten organises information. It does not replace a will, notarial or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries.
Your data, your backup: beizeiten has no cloud. Backing up the exported, encrypted .beizeiten file is your responsibility. A lost passphrase cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price. Swiss law applies.
